Shipping

Please Note: Due to COVID, we are experiencing some delays with shipping.

Standard trackable shipping via Australia Post please allow 3 to 7 business days.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is unsuccessful in delivery and is returned to us, an additional freight charge will be applied to re-send your order.

Return Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any skin care items unless the item is faulty. This includes, washes, Oils, Wipes etc.
In the unlikely event that you develop a reaction to any skin care product, please contact the manufacture for further instructions.

Refunds or replacements will be given if an item is found to be faulty. Refunds for “Change Of Mind” cannot be given.

Proof of purchase must be provided for a refund to be given. If you do not have proof of purchase a gift voucher or replacement product at the cost shown in our online store at the time of complaint or replacement product may be given, at the discretion of 18-EightyEight and it’s employees.

All exchanges must be authorised within seven (7) days of original receipt of delivery.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
All authorised transactions will be credited to the original payment method used, less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds And Processing

We endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible however, please note that it could take approximately 7 business days after the product is received back and verified.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Until we confirm receipt of your item and we inspect the item so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, we will be unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. We endeavour to action all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible but please note that processing could take up to 5-10 business days of receiving your item.
